CTR Triangle TMO is a tenant management organisation that works to ensure the wellbeing of our tenants and the neighbourhood. We are responsible for housing and tenancy management of over 200 residential properties on Trinity Gardens, Cliff Walk, Radley Terrace and Avondale Court in Newham. Our team of dedicated professionals provides support to our tenants and ensures that our residents have a safe and secure place to call home. We also offer a variety of programmes and initiatives to help our tenants get the most out of their tenancy.

If you want to add a member to your household, make a succession application request, change your name on your tenancy, assign the tenancy to some one etc, please contact CTR TMO.

Parking Enforcement are now in operation! Any car parked without an Annual Parking Permit displayed on the car will receive a fine.

On a weekly basis, the TMO Officer, Senior Housing Manager, Cleaning Contract Manager and TMO Board Members visit one block each week to inspect issues pertaining to Estate Management such as.
All residents are welcome to join us. We meet at 10:25am at the CTR Triangle TMO Office.
